Open House Projects
I had a great time with my open house this past Saturday. I had one new person attend. I was hoping for a few more new people but I will take one at a time to grow my buisness. I have to appologize again to all my guests. I’m so sorry my basement was sooooo cold. It is normally cool to begin with so the below zero temps. out side did not help. Today I purchased the fleece and I have hung it up to make a curtain of sorts to block the cold from the door. So far it seems to help. Still chilly but not as bad. I think the next investment will need to be a more powerful heater. Any way enough about the cold. Below are the make-n-take projects from the Sale-a-Bration open house. Sale-a-bration starts January 5th and runs through the end of March. Be sure to contact me soon to book your party. My calendar will book up fast.
A classic looking valentine using the new clear mount I {Heart} Hearts stamps set and the new Pinking Hearts Boarder Punch available in the Occasions mini cataloge. I really like the new clear mount stamps but I don’t care for the image stickers for them. I’m finding the stamps don’t stick as well to the blocks with the stickers.
This is a photo holder made using a 2″ binder clip. I got this fabulous idea from splitcoaststampers.com. I just love this web site for all the great ideas. I used the new Sending Love specialty designer series paper, chocolate chip and real red card stock and ribbon. The circle scallop punch and Heart to Heart punch.
Also at the open house I featured the Occassions Calendar book for the class that I am holding on January 30th. I will post the photos of the book and the 26 cards that are part of the class tomorrow.
